In SAS^® Promotion Optimization, a category plan aggregation might incorrectly have an error status in the user interface. When this issue occurs, there are no hyperlink details available about the error because the aggregation is actually not complete. This issue occurs because the solution checks the value of the category_plan_sk but not the process type when querying for the aggregation status.

The workaround for this issue is to re-run the category plan aggregation at a later time when there are no optimizations running.
